Privacy Policy Deep Dig DS

Deep Dig DS Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 11, 2026

Developer/Publisher: DNA Mobile Gaming

Deep Dig DS ("the Game") is developed and published by DNA Mobile Gaming. This Privacy Policy  explains what information the Game collects, how it is used, and the choices available to players.

1. Information We Collect

Deep Dig DS can be played without submitting a public leaderboard score. The Game may store basic  gameplay information locally on your device, including your local high score, deepest dig, settings, and  other game preferences.

If you choose to create an online profile or use the online leaderboard, Deep Dig DS may process the  following information:

• Username

• Email address

• Firebase user ID (UID)

• High score

• Deepest dig / gameplay depth

• Other information needed to maintain your profile and leaderboard position

Your username, high score, deepest dig, and leaderboard position may be displayed publicly in the in game leaderboard. Your email address is not displayed publicly.

2. Account Registration and Login

Deep Dig DS uses Firebase Authentication to provide account creation and login services.

When you create a profile, you provide a username, email address, and password. Your password is  handled by Firebase Authentication and is not stored in plain text by Deep Dig DS or written to the Game's  Realtime Database.

Your Firebase account is associated with a unique Firebase UID. That UID is used to associate your  username, profile data, and leaderboard entry with your account.

If you uninstall the Game and later reinstall it, you can sign in again using the same email address and  password. Deep Dig DS can then retrieve the username and online leaderboard identity associated with  that Firebase UID.

Email verification is not currently required to use a Deep Dig DS account.

3. Anonymous Authentication

Deep Dig DS may initially use Firebase Anonymous Authentication before a permanent profile is created.

If you later create an email/password account, the Game may link the existing anonymous Firebase  account to your email/password credentials. This allows your existing Firebase UID, username reservation,  and leaderboard identity to continue under the permanent login.

4. Leaderboards and High Scores

Players may choose to submit their local high score to the Deep Dig DS online leaderboard. The leaderboard may publicly display:

• Username

• High score

• Deepest dig

• Leaderboard position

A new score is submitted only when the player chooses to submit it and the local high score is higher than  the player's previously submitted online score.

Email addresses and passwords are not displayed on the leaderboard.

5. Local Game Data

Deep Dig DS may store information locally on your device, including:

• Local high score

• Deepest dig

• Game preferences and settings

• Cached profile display information such as your username

• Login/session information managed by Firebase

• Other information required for the Game to operate

Some locally stored information may be removed if you clear the Game's data or uninstall the application.  Online profile and leaderboard information may remain in Firebase until deleted.

6. Firebase and Google Services

Deep Dig DS uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Firebase Realtime  Database.

Firebase may automatically process certain technical information needed to provide its services, such as  authentication data, device or app information, IP address, and service-related diagnostic information.

Google's handling of information through Firebase is governed by Google's own privacy terms and policies.  More information is available at https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy and
